Designed as a more upscale version of El Torito, El Torito Grill offers a more sophisticated Mexican casual dining experience. Founded 20 years ago, the Company currently operates ten El Torito Grills and plans to open additional El Torito Grills in California and in attractive areas elsewhere in the United States. El Torito Grill distinguished itself from other Mexican casual dining concepts by combining high quality, innovative modern dishes with Mexican classics. Management believes that the combination of contemporary and traditional dishes, offered in a modern, sophisticated atmosphere is a concept that is well positioned and will be very successful in markets across the United States.
El Torito Grill features specialty menu items created by the Company's executive chef, Pepe Lopez, including mesquite broiled fish and steaks, as well as Mexican combination platters. Salads and soups are also available for both lunch and dinner. To compliment the range of specialty items, El Torito Grill offers a wide selection of upscale margaritas, in addition to a complete list of Mexican beers and cocktails.
